By downloading, accessing, or using the Zugo PH Food Delivery App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Account & Contact Accuracy: Users must provide accurate details during registration, including a valid Philippine mobile phone number starting with "09" to ensure proper communication regarding orders and deliveries.
Order Placement & Confirmation: Every food delivery order is considered final once it has been confirmed by the merchant or restaurant partner.
Payment Terms: We support Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure platform transactions. Users agree to settle the exact total amount upon the arrival of the assigned delivery rider.
Cancellations: Order cancellations are strictly prohibited once the kitchen has begun preparing the food or once the delivery rider has commenced transit.
Delivery Estimates: Indicated delivery durations are approximations. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, traffic status, or restaurant volume.
Intellectual Property & Copyright: All source codes, system layouts, app designs, graphics, and proprietary features of Zugo are exclusively owned by Zugo PH. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Promotional Media & Content: App promotional reels and embedded media assets are managed solely by the platform administration using royalty-free or legally licensed audio materials.
