1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the Zugo PH Food Delivery App, owned, operated, and developed by Zugo PH. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy and our Terms of Use.

2. Information We Collect

• Personal Information: Name, phone number (starting with the Philippine format starting at 09), email, and delivery address.
• Payment Information: We support Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure transactions. We do not collect or store credit card or e-wallet passwords.
• Location Data: Used strictly for locating delivery addresses and real-time order tracking while the app is in use.
• Device Data: IP address, operating system version, crash logs, and Android Advertising ID (AAID).
• User Content: Profile photos, proof of delivery images, and customer reviews.

3. Advertising and Google AdMob Declaration

Our app may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob. These networks may collect and use device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID) and non-personal browsing data to serve relevant advertisements. We do not control third-party ad server tracking mechanisms, which are governed by their respective privacy frameworks.

4. Google Maps & Location Use

We utilize the Google Maps Platform to verify delivery addresses and provide efficient routing for our delivery riders. Location access is only requested while the App is active to fulfill order delivery requirements.

5. How We Use Information

We use your data exclusively to process food delivery orders, coordinate with verified riders and merchant partners, provide customer support, manage app performance, and display integrated services (such as chat support and advertisements).

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy

All source codes, user interfaces, logos, graphics, app designs, databases, and proprietary features of the Zugo PH app are fully owned by Zugo PH. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Promotional Reels & Media Content: Promotional video reels displayed within the application are curated and uploaded solely by the platform administrator (Zugo PH) using licensed or royalty-free audio tracks intended for commercial promotions. If you believe any media asset infringes on copyright, please contact our support email directly for prompt resolution.

7. Account & Data Deletion

You may request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. Please email zugoph@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We will process and wipe your data within 3–15 business days.

8. Security

We implement strict HTTPS/TLS encryption and Cloudflare protections to safeguard your data during transmission and protect user confidentiality.
